My name Shakeema Rosa, CEO of JMG Tax & Advisory Services, Inc. JMG is a Tax & Advisory firm that specializes in assisting USVI and BV Islanders with all of their US tax needs.

I have been in the Tax Accounting field for the past 17 years. Tax Accounting is what I like to call a perfect blend of law and accounting as taxes are regulated by US law and changes with the election of presidents as well as US/World events.   My desire to be an attorney coupled with my strong accounting skills drew me to the profession.

During my tenure in the field, I’ve worked as a Tax Auditor for the Florida Department of Revenue. I also worked in the BVI as a Tax Accountant with Ernst & Young for a few years prior to Hurricane Irma.  I currently work for a Fortune 250 company as an Income Tax Accountant.

My love for my field as well as for my people drew me to creating what I like to call a “one stop shop” for a US tax guidance resource for BV Islanders, USV Islanders and anyone who needs a Tax Accountant.  I offer virtual and in-person consultation services to fit each individual need.
